This allows us to verify your email ownership via one-time password (OTP), send you login alerts, and contact you about account security issues or payment status. We also collect your full name, date of birth, and residential address when you complete KYC verification.

Second, we require identity verification documents before your first withdrawal. You upload a clear photo of your national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, plus a selfie showing you holding that document. We store these images encrypted on our servers. Third, we collect payment details associated with your preferred deposit and withdrawal methods—your e-wallet account identifiers for DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or your bank Virtual Account number for e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment transfers.

We use your payment details solely to process your deposits and withdrawals through your chosen payment method—e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank accounts.

We use your account activity logs to maintain accurate records of your balance, settle winnings, and prevent fraudulent activity such as bonus abuse or account takeover. We use technical data (device type, browser, IP address) to detect unauthorized access attempts, prevent DDoS attacks, and optimize platform performance across different mobile operating systems. When you visit lgoace via mobile browser or desktop, we use session cookies to maintain your login state and store your preferences (language, currency display). Our lgoace mobile app (Android APK) uses local storage to cache your login token and recent account history for faster loading on subsequent visits. This local storage remains on your device; we do not transmit cached data to our servers unless you initiate a sync.
