How to access lgoace on your mobile device
Android APK installation path
To use lgoace on Android, we provide a direct APK download from our website. First, open your Android device's settings and enable "Unknown sources" under Security (this allows installation of apps outside the official Play Store). Then visit lgoace.id on your browser, locate the download link, and tap it to begin the APK download. Once downloaded, tap the APK file to install it. The installation takes a few seconds, and you will see a confirmation dialog asking for permissions—tap "Install" to proceed. After installation completes, lgoace will appear on your home screen.
We require Android 7.0 or higher for optimal performance. Older devices may experience slower loading or compatibility issues. If your phone supports it, enable automatic app updates through your device settings so that lgoace always runs the latest version with the newest security patches and market updates.
iOS and iPad browser access
Apple's App Store policies restrict certain gaming platforms, so we do not offer an iOS app download. Instead, users on iPhone and iPad can access lgoace directly through Safari or Chrome. Open your browser, navigate to lgoace.id, and you will see a prompt offering to add lgoace to your home screen as a web app. Tap "Add to Home Screen" and choose a shortcut name—lgoace will then appear as an icon on your home screen, giving you quick access without opening the browser each time.
This web app runs on iOS 12 and later and works identically to the Android app in terms of functionality—you can log in, check your balance, view live football markets, access live-dealer tables, and deposit or request withdrawals. The web app stores your login session (if you enabled "Remember me"), so you do not need to re-enter credentials each time. Safari and Chrome on iOS both support this setup equally well.

Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK download fails on Android, check that you have enabled "Unknown sources" in your device's Security settings and that you have sufficient free storage space (at least 50 MB). If installation halts partway through, restart your device and try again. On iPhone, if adding lgoace to your home screen does not work, try a different browser (Safari vs Chrome) or clear your browser cache and cookies, then attempt again.
If you see a certificate or security warning on first install, this is normal—our APK uses a trusted certificate, so you can safely proceed with the installation. Do not proceed if the warning appears on subsequent installs or if the certificate issuer is unrecognised; contact our support team via our FAQ in that case. On iOS web app, if the shortcut does not appear or behaves unexpectedly, try removing it from your home screen and re-adding it using "Add to Home Screen" again.
Mobile account security and withdrawal processes
When you log into lgoace on mobile, your session is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. If you enable two-factor authentication (which we strongly recommend), you will receive a time-based code on your registered phone each time you log in from a new device or after a period of inactivity. Before your first withdrawal, we require you to complete KYC verification—submit a photo of your national ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license along with a selfie holding the document. This step prevents fraud and ensures compliance with regional anti-money-laundering requirements.
